CONCLUSION
Organizational learning has become an important aspect of organizational innovation and change. The changes in the environment, from the social realities, to the business climate and the advancements in technology have made learning an imperative for survival. Beyond merely adapting and surviving, learning also promotes change and innovation.
Large group interventions such as the search conference are manifestations of, and at the same time, venues for organizational learning. Through a productive learning process, organizations are enabled to effectively create their future with aligned systems integrated with the environment. Most importantly, deeper organizational learning would promote responsible individual development and co-creation of the environment through innovation.
